How to make the perfect Hot Chocolate: Step 1. Shake the tin well before use as spices may settle. Step 2. Heat milk in a saucepan over a medium heat until warm. Step 3. Add Skelligs Hot Chocolate to taste (usually 2-3 tablespoons per mug) Step 4. Stir until chocolate has been dissolved. Step 5. Continue to heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling. Step 6. For a frothy finish, whisk vigorously just before pouring and enjoy!
