Delivery SchduleSkelligs Chocolate Co. will deliver your order as soon as possible subject to your chosen chocolates being in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 15 business days. To provide as cost effective delivery service as possible we use national and international registered post. We can provide tracking details upon request. If a courier service is required please contact us directly for costs on info@skelligschocolate.com Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges Tax Charges are levied depending upon product and country of destination. We do not accept any responsibilities for local custom regulations, and all products are shipped 'in good faith'. Credit Card Security Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Guarantee We strive to deliver our chocolates in the best possible condition but cannot be responsible for weather conditions locally, failure of local postal representatives or couriers who do not leave a notice of ' attempt to deliver' or inspections by local customs officers. Failure to Receive If you do not receive your order in a timely manner please inform us and if it has been returned to us we will offer to refund the cost of chocolate less any postal charges incurred by us, alternatively we will ship again subject to another postal charge being paid.
